Baby Shower!

My baby shower was held on Sunday, May 1st, at my house.  I had a great time!  I have lots of pictures to share.  Some of them are blurry but I can’t go back and retake them so what you see is what you get.

The yellow afghan was made for me when I was a baby by my Great-Grandma Ulishney.  I still have another afghan that she made me for my First Holy Communion.  I didn’t know this one existed!

Nimo has been waiting to belong to the first grandchild for several years.

The onesie painting station.

My mom made this quilt for the baby.  It’s not quite done yet, but I think she planned to work on it this week!

My mom also crocheted a blanket for the baby.  I made a similar one for a friend years ago.

A sampling of the baby’s ultrasounds starting at only 6 weeks.

Cake ball favors that my sister made.  Yum!  She said it was a four day process.

The results of the onesie painting!  I love what everyone came up with.

Even my brother got in on the action.  :)

Centerpieces and balloons.

The aftermath!  It took a few days, but we finally got it all put away.
A big thank you to my mom and sister for putting everything together, to everyone who brought food, and to all the guests who attended.  I hope you had a great time!
